Terms of Service

I have the right to deny a commission/service.When requesting a commission, I encourage you to send me references. The inclusion of colour swatches is welcome.Please send me photos or screenshots of your references instead of sending me a link. I will not open any links sent to me.A 50% deposit is required for all commissions.
After the sketch is approved by you, the buyer, your deposit will not be refunded even if you decide you don't want the final artwork.Once the final artwork is complete I will request the final payment, after which I will add you to the Google drive folder containing your art or I will email it to you.Completion time can take anywhere from one day to three months, depending on my workload and schedule.If you need a commission done by a specific date, please order ahead of time. If you need me to put a rush on your order, you will need to pay a small priority fee.If you want something changed after receiving your finished artwork, you will need to pay a small alteration fee. I will not alter a finished piece for free.After you have received your art, I will post it on my socials. If you don't want your commission posted, you will need to pay a small lost exposure fee.Any art you receive is for your own personal use only. If you want to use the art for commercial purposes, you will need to pay an additional business fee.Prices may change for a variety of reasons (complex character designs/simple shaped characters/stylization I'm not used to/etc.).
